Krishna Dev is a seasoned finance and operations leader with deep expertise in building and scaling high-performance financial teams globally. As Managing Partner of Valorega TalentEdge, Krishna drives strategic growth, service delivery, and client partnerships across recruitment process outsourcing (RPO), talent acquisition, and HR operations.
Prior to founding Valorega TalentEdge, Krishna successfully built and led a 350+ member financial data operations team at Daloopa, overseeing large-scale recruitment, process excellence, and global delivery from the ground up. Drawing on this proven experience, Krishna founded Valorega to deliver world-class offshore recruitment and talent solutions for the financial services ecosystem — including banking, investment funds, insurance, fintech, and professional services — while retaining the flexibility to support other growth sectors.
Krishna holds the CFA and FRM charters and an MBA in Finance from ITM Navi Mumbai. He also completed the Chief Strategy Officer program at the Indian School of Business (ISB), deepening his strategic leadership skills for global transformation initiatives.

Prior to Valorega, Neha served as Senior HR Manager at Daloopa, where she helped scale the India team from the ground up and built robust hiring and people operations frameworks. Before that, she spent 6+ years in diverse HR roles across fast-growing companies, giving her deep insight into India’s evolving talent landscape.
